Rituals and ceremonies are tools of shamanism worldwide. In Motelo Ananda we apply rituals that bind us back to our own nature, with the claim to liberate the essentials. The essential thing is knowledge and choice. A journey, ritual or ceremony opens up the spiritual space, the space of a broader perception of what is.
Production of the Ayahuasca potion
An important ritual is the work with ayahuasca – already the production of ayahuasca is a ritual that should be carried out with great care.
The handy pieces of ayahuascalians harvested in the early hours of the morning are knocked. The deeper the shaman goes into meditation, the deeper his trust in medicine.
The lianee pieces are stacked in a pot and replenished with water. Three times the tea is poured and collected separately.
After three days, 120 litres of tea are cooked together on 2 l of syrup. Before boiling, the chacruna leaves were added.
Te Sagrado
At dusk, so around half past 6am, the participants of the ceremony meet with the healer in the common room. There is the so-called “Te sagrado” – it is already the preparation for the ceremony. Last content is still being discussed – those present are in white. For the healer, a declaration of readiness to take the ego and his fears.
Everyone has their flashlights, water and clothes? Then we go up to the temple. There is a prepared place with spitting port and mattress. A candle burns. The healer begins with the rituals – the place that protect participants-calling out ghosts and ancestors. When he makes up the candle, he starts singing. Alternating times of silence, times of movement-the healer dances with the spirits.
He has announced curative treatments. Sometimes he turns on a candle so that people don’t scare. Otherwise, the ceremony is shrouded in darkness. Depending on when the trial for everyone is over, the healer closes the ceremony. For some, it then goes even further in bed.
The next morning, there is a meeting – the events will be discussed and suggestions will be made on how to proceed.
Ceremonies with ayahuasca are held Tuesday and Friday. The process follows the traditional protocol. The process is strictly individual. The ceremonies are for diagnostics and mediocrity.
Fire ritual
Fire is important to our lives. The fire of enthusiasm, the heat of passion. In a figurative sense, we find the fire as inflammation in our body, as increased ich-activity, as a fever. As anger and anger, it manifests itself in social processes.
The Amazon works with fire in a variety of forms. Burning the unwanted is a method, but even in medicine it is used by using plants that stimulate the inner fire.
In the arms of Mother Earth
Cracting into the earth is a very powerful ritual to take refuge in Mother Earth. Here we can hand over everything undigested and not related to them and bathe our bodies in their life forces.
For many people, digging into the earth is also a symbol of the burial of an ancient self. Given to Heaven, we expect what may come.
Baño Florida – Flower bath
Bano Florida is a cold flower bath that is made in the early hours of the morning to attract happiness and prosperity. It is usually made to end a spa stay.
Huito–Scurguing and camouflage-protect the real me
Huito is the ritual with the seed of Sacha Mango. To do this, the seed is rubbed and added with salt. This porridge stains the skin indigo blue for about 2 weeks. Traditionally, Huito is made to deceive the spirit of the disease; So he does not find his own body again and stays away.
Clay ritual
Looping yourself in the quarture-containing clay helps to increase the light forces in the body. We sense the hold and boundary of our earthly shell – soften it in the water or put it down by rubbing it off.
The clay soothes the skin and detoxifies it, the spiritual experience is the dress of the earth.
Tobacco
